Health restoration is more than I ever imagined it would be when I started this journey in 2019. My practice grew out of an interest in the healing properties of essential oils and reflexology. Since then, I have studied and trained to become a practitioner who brings my clients well-rounded care. My client's health and well-being are my primary concern. For my clients, I pledge to use the knowledge that I have accumulated, apply my honed skills, and continue my education to help bring you the care you deserve.
This website is meant to be more than a display of my services; I want it to be a resource for you. Below you can find additional details about everything I have to offer you. In the future, this blog will also be a resource for you to learn more about reflexology, massage, essential oils and recipes, and other health and wellness options.
Reflexology & Massage
My practice is located in Leesburg, Florida. I have clients who come to see me from Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Michigan, Maine, Maryland, Canada, and local Floridians. I am grateful to have prior clients that makes sure they make appointments with me when they come to visit Florida or come to winter here. Here is a little bit more about reflexology and massage therapy:
Reflexology is a system of massage used to relieve tension and treat illness, based on the theory that there are reflex points on the feet, and hands, linked to every part of the body. By using this method I can help bring relaxation and healing to your life.
Massage allows the muscular system to release tension, unwind, relax, and take a break from the stressful world we live in.
